VOLK RACING new product release, "NE24" is a new model with a new wheel hub design, the "N" in the new product name pays homage to the elements of the rally "Group N"; "E" is the new model after TE, CE, and ZE Product line; "24" can be understood as the hub 2×4 spoke specification.This wheels represents RAYS's innovation of sports forged wheels. The 18-inch data is mainly for most of the C-class car market. The official added a lot of freshness to the hub design, and made the lightness and rigidity achieve the best compatibility. Among them, the 2×4 spoke specification is the first design adopted in the VOLK RACING series.

Each wheelset goes through a rigorous design and engineering process; doing so ensures a precise end product that meets all the dynamic needs of a customer's vehicle, while incorporating their personal taste, from fit and configuration to finish. At this stage, each wheelset goes through a full Finite Element Analysis (FEA) considering kerb weight, dynamic cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue and simulated shock testing according to SAE, JWL and VIA standards. Once completed and verified by our engineers, the final model is sent to programming for lathe profiling and milling operations.
